Artificial intelligence has become a general-purpose infrastructure reshaping every aspect of society. As global AI competition intensifies, the Korean government has set becoming a top-three AI nation as a core national objective.
Since its establishment in 1987, NIA has led Korea's digital transformation for nearly four decades, from building a world-class broadband nation to developing one of the most advanced e-government systems in the world. Building on this proven experience, NIA is ready to stand at the center of this new AI-driven era.
